Libelula Designer Emotion LAB makes its own production at home, with local labor, with respect and Love, so it is our Business Philosophy to process the order against order, which has an estimated time between 4 to 6 weeks from the day of the order.! We always aim to start shipping our parts ASAP! .
Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds. Please do not email for updates on your order if the estimated time for shipping has not yet passed. Thank you for supporting slow fashion.

We ship internationally to select countries and provide complimentary standard shipping on all US orders over $150.
Please allow 1-3 business days for our warehouse to process your shipment (excluding weekends and holidays). A tracking number will be sent to you once your order leaves our warehouse.
LIBELULA DESIGNER EMOTION LAB is not responsible for delays due to carrier limitations.

International: All customs and duty fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office if you have any questions about the tax rate for your order.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, including returns, unclaimed or refused packages, and/or non-payment of duties upon delivery. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES At this time, all orders are shipped via USPS. Follow your tracking number to get order updates. LIBELULA DESIGNER EMOTION LAB is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen orders.
Shipments that have arrived at a processing facility (UPS) and/or shipments that have been marked as delivered and are missing, lost, or stolen are the sole responsibility of UPS.
